If I am not happy with the response from the provider where can I take it further?

If you have tried to raise your concerns with your provider but aren’t happy with their response, you can make a complaint to the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission.

The Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission is a free, national and independent service that helps you to resolve your concerns. They are approachable, impartial and fair.
